How To Avoid Scams !
We have all heard it before. Some of us have fallen victim to scammers as well. I love giving tips and tricks to everyone about how we can prevent them !

1) Get on the Real DO NOT CALL LIST ! - So many people say " put me on the list " and hang up that will not work in todays world. We are going to be proactive. And If you are not up to it or feel its too much Call me and I will PERSONALLY put you on the NATIONAL DO NOT CALL LIST. This WILL slow down calls about Medicare, Your Cars Extended Warranty, and so many others !

2) Ask the RIGHT Questions ! - ARE YOU WITH MEDICARE ? If they say YES = HANG UP NOW ! - Medicare will ALWAYS send you a letter in the mail before attempting to contact you any other way.
Don't ask "who are you with" ?..... but rather,
" What is your Website " ?
"What is your license number " ?
" What is your National Producer Number " ?

If they tell you they know who you are, ask them " Who am I" ? If they say your name and you are still skeptical tell them they have wrong number and put me on the DO NOT CALL LIST ! or Tell them I AM ON THE NATIONAL DO NOT CALL LIST. THEN HANG UP !

3) Be Informed: Know what the scams are. We live in a digital world, more and more everyday. And everyday new ways to attack you are created. Knowing what is happening and having an open ear will help us all along the way !

4) Verify Identities: Before providing any personal or financial information, verify the identity of the person or organization contacting you. Use official contact information rather than relying on unsolicited communication.

5) Secure Personal Information: Be cautious about sharing personal information, especially Social Security numbers, Medicare Numbers, bank details, and credit card information. Only share such information with trusted entities.
